It’s crucial to find a good artist to capture the memories that will become your legacy; however, taking good pictures isn’t the only thing that matters. It’s important to keep an eye out for someone with good communication skills, someone organized that manages time well, and someone who won’t have you feeling awkward in front of the camera (because it shows!)

To get started, we will send you a customized proposal for review that will outline the details of your package. Afterwards, you will pay just a 30% retainer and will have the option to set up a payment plan if need be! Once the I’s are dotted, we’re ready to start the fun!

Now for the fun stuff! The first thing we’ll do once you’re booked is schedule your complimentary engagement shoot! Now I know that may sound nerve-racking to a lot of couples, but I promise, even the most awkward turtles can feel comfortable in their skin with the right connection. This is a point of pride for me; we’ll ensure you know everything you need to know to feel like a pro during your shoot. I’ve yet to have anyone stay in there shell minutes after shooting with me!

Once we get about 2 months out from the big day, We’ll schedule a meeting to create a customized timeline for your wedding day. We’ll discuss everything from getting ready pictures to a schedule of family portraits to make sure we capture everything that matters to you! We wouldn’t want to skip this step and accidentally miss aunt Ruthie for the family photos! (She feels left out sometimes)

Finally the awaited day has arrived! Sit back, relax, and watch the fairytale come to life! As mentioned earlier, it’s easy for the day to just whiz on by, trust in us to capture the staple moments of any wedding day and also the candid moments that’ll warm hearts and leave a legacy. Shots with the family and the after ceremony portraits would have to be a favourite, nothing is more enjoyable than newly wed couple portraits and meeting your family and friends! Shortly after the wedding day, you’ll be featured on our blog to share with all your friends and family while the memories are fresh in their minds! This’ll also be a sneak peak at a good selection of the shots, so as to not keep you waiting too long :)

Once your images are ready, you’ll receive an online gallery with high resolution edits of all of your favourite moments! We encourage you to sit back with your new spouse, have a glass of wine and a snack and go through the images and select your favourites to use for your photo album if you’ve selected to have one in your package, and download any images you’d like to use for social media posts or print outs.
